International delivery services require a signature on delivery and if no one is home to accept your parcel, a card will be left with details for you to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.

Our order processing
In receipt of payment we will process your order and ship it to your nominated address.
All orders made between Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm AWST (Australian Western Standard time) will generally be processed and shipped within 72 business hours of received payment. Please be advised that any orders placed over a weekend, Public Holiday or national holiday period will be processed on the next business day.
All goods are subject to a quality control inspection before being dispatched. We aim to ensure all goods are in perfect condition, and are then packaged so you receive them in such condition.
Please ensure you notify us within 14 Business days if you are not satisfied with your goods.
Our sizing is based on Australian standard garment sizing.

In order to process your order this website collects certain personal information from you throughout your shopping experience in order to finalize your purchase/s and also to have the goods shipped to your nominating address. Orders & Returns
What is your return & exchange policy?
Although we hope you have no need or desire to return your purchase we are aware that occasionally goods may not meet your expectations. We will try to accommodate your wish to return or exchange your purchase but please be advised of our return and exchange procedures.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please notify us within 7 days of delivery. (To do so please email us at email@example.com).
Please make sure the garments are returned with the tags attached, wrapped and protected as received.
Once we receive the return we will then inspect the goods to make sure your reasons for return are valid and acceptable.
International Returns – Items to be returned will be at your own cost.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order this must be done before the order is processed and shipped. We will only accept your intention of cancelling your order in writing, if your order has already been shipped you then have to go through the returns procedure. We will only accept the return if the goods are returned in new condition with all tags attached and the item is to be un-used.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if we judge that it is proposed for commercial resale, or any other purpose we believe inappropriate.
If after the garment has been worn and washed you believe it has a manufacturing fault, it can be sent back for inspection. All washing instructions and fabric care must be followed or we will not accept the return.
In order to return the item, please follow our Returns/Exchange Policy. We will then give you a return address for the garment.
Once the item has been assessed by our quality control staff, we will notify you whether or not the item is faulty and offer you an exchange, replacement or refund.
